Craig T. Lund

Founder of Lund Financial Corporation, Craig T. Lund has arranged more than $1 billion of construction and permanent financing for every type of commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects during his extensive career in real estate finance. Having developed properties for his own account in the past, Mr. Lund has a clear perspective and intimate knowledge of all aspects of developing, financing, managing and owning real estate. Mr. Lund is a former bank executive, licensed real estate broker and an active member of various industry organizations, including NAIOP, IDRC, and the Treasury Managers Association.

Kevin P. Whalen

A former executive with a Big Six accounting firm, Kevin P. Whalen has also held senior management positions with real estate development companies in California, Colorado and Massachusetts. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries, he later founded and operated his own real estate consulting practice. A Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate broker, Mr. Whalen holds master's degrees in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and also in Taxation.
